About Shipping

We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days following the confirmation of your order. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 business day, but those placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned for any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.

• Delivery refused or denied by the recipient.

• Lack of response to the courier's redelivery attempts, when offered.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note: In some cases, carriers may offer a return option. If reshipment is refused or not completed within the timeframe set by the carrier, restocking fees will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at the time of purchase and responding promptly to any issues related to delivery.
